SMS/Text Messaging Addendum
Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages related to reminders, account updates, and promotional offers.
Opt-In: Consent is collected via website forms, written agreements, or by texting a keyword. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to cancel. A final confirmation will be sent. No further messages will be delivered unless you re-opt in.

Message Frequency: Typically 1–6 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on your relationship with us.
Message/Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Requirement: SMS program participants must be at least 18 years old.
Data Collected for Messaging: We collect your mobile number, consent record, and message activity (such as delivery reports and opt-outs). This data is used only to operate the messaging program and will not be sold.
Sensitive Data: SMS is not a secure channel. Do not send protected health information (PHI) by text.
Protecting Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Data Retention
We retain PD as long as needed for business, legal, or tax reasons. When no longer required, data is securely deleted.
